Exchange & Refund Policy
● Eligibility period: Items may be exchanged or returned within 14 days of delivery.
● Condition:
○ Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects. In this case, shipping costs
are covered by Novera.
○ Exchanges (e.g., size changes) are accepted at the customer’s expense.
● Refunds: Processed within 14 business days to the original payment method (Visa).
⚠️ Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached.
